Head of Customer Service
- You have a strong background in international customer service, export and are familiar with all necessary documents regarding export, letter of credit, etc. with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in an international environment, preferably in a food or B2B production company.
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch, French and English. Any additional languages are an asset.
- They are looking for a Head of Customer Service who wants to be part of a growth-oriented company.
- Being hands-on is crucial since you will be the only one at customer service when you start. As the company grows, you we will add extra people to
- your Customer Service Team in what will be your team.
- No experience as teamleader is required, but you must be open to the idea of managing a team.
- You are hands-on, proactive and have an open personality
- You can work independently but you are also a true team player
- You have a commercial mind-set and are willing to go the extra mile to create a win-win situation for both the customer and the company.
